The Wise Woman Award is presented to the faculty member who best exemplifies the principles of women’s studies and helps to further the interests of women at TCU. The award recognizes faculty contributions both inside and outside of the classroom.

Students enrolled in every women’s studies cross-listed course during a given academic year are solicited for nominations each spring; students pursuing the minor, emphasis, or graduate certificate may vote. The faculty award is presented at the annual women’s studies spring festival.
